These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you (the Player) and ng88a (the Operator) with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior discussions, representations, or understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter contained herein. ng88a reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and Player Requirements

To register and maintain an account on the ng88a platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. ng88a reserves the right to request documentation to verify compliance with any of these requirements at any point during your account lifecycle.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ng88a strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all account holders regardless of the legal gambling age in any particular jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of another individual or organisation. Corporate accounts, agent accounts, and proxy registrations are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at any point ng88a requests verification. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended ng88a account. Each player is permitted only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances across all associated accounts may be forfeited.

In such cases, any balance of legitimately wagered and won funds will be returned to the player through the same payment channel used for deposit.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on the ng88a platform. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, which serves as the primary identifier for your account. ng88a uses this number for authentication, transaction notifications, and, where applicable, OTP verification. Your mobile number must remain accurate and accessible throughout the life of your account.

Your Account Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. ng88a staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. Any communication claiming to be from ng88a and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

KYC and Identity Verification

ng88a reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal. Acceptable identification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. ng88a may also request proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality on the account until verification is complete. ng88a complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and may report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ng88a platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ng88a supports deposits and withdrawals via the following locally available payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank, and Islami Bank. Supported channels may change from time to time; always check the ng88a cashier for the current list of active payment methods.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your ng88a account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider. Typical crediting time is under 15 minutes for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and may be longer for bank transfers.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ng88a will not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated ng88a account may be suspended.
• ng88a does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile money operator or bank may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.
• ng88a reserves the right to set deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming purposes. Players may also set their own deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming tools in account settings.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. ng88a does not process withdrawals to payment accounts not previously used for a deposit on the same account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though ng88a reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments over multiple business days.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24 hours of request approval for mobile money methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. These are target times and may be affected by banking system availability, public holidays (including Eid, Durga Puja, Victory Day, and Independence Day), and payment provider processing schedules.
• Any bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited. Only the remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus wagering conditions.

ng88a is not responsible for delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by the Player's payment provider, banking system outages, or incorrect payment details provided by the Player. Players are responsible for ensuring that all payment details submitted to ng88a are accurate and current.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ng88a offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion's terms.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. • Colluding with other players, dealers, or ng88a employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other illegal activity through the ng88a platform or payment systems.

ng88a reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, access to account funds may be temporarily restricted. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be closed and any outstanding balance may be forfeited in full. ng88a may also report confirmed illegal conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Game Rules and Dispute Resolution

All games available on the ng88a platform are governed by the individual rules of each game as published by the respective game provider (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). 10. Limitation of Liability

Your continued use of the ng88a platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Pending wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before an account closure request can be fully processed.
